Teso North Cross Country CBO (TNCC) respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

• Event registrations and volunteer interests: your name, contact details, location (county, sub-county and ward) and race or volunteer preferences, submitted through our forms so we can organize events and contact you.
• Contact messages: your name, email and message when you write to us.
• Staff accounts: email and profile information for approved TNCC team members who sign in to the administration workspace.

How we use it

We use this information only to run TNCC programs: organizing events, responding to enquiries, coordinating volunteers and administering the website. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties except for the service providers that host our website and forms (such as Supabase and our email notification service).

Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Participation in events

• Participation is free and open to community members within the stated age ranges for each race category.
• Minors must be registered with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
• Participants take part at their own risk and should ensure they are fit to participate. TNCC organizes events with community safety in mind but is not liable for personal injury, except where required by Kenyan law.

Donations

• Donations to TNCC are voluntary contributions used to fund community programs as described on this website.
• For questions about a contribution, contact us through the contact page.

Website content

• Stories, photographs and other content on this site belong to TNCC and our community. Please ask before republishing.
• Comments on stories are moderated and may be removed at TNCC's discretion.
