About us

Who we are

A community-led movement.

We work at the intersection of sport, community wellbeing, youth development and social change. We believe movement builds connection — and connection creates real opportunity for collective action.

Our story

Rooted in local action.

TNCC began as a grassroots effort to bring people together around sport, wellbeing and community participation. Over time, the movement expanded to include youth engagement, leadership, dialogue and deeper social impact work.

The strength of the organization lies in its local roots, community trust and commitment to long-term collaboration. Every race, training session and listening circle brings the community one step closer to lasting change.

Community partnerships matter.

We work with local leaders, families, organizations, volunteers and stakeholders who share our goal of building healthier and more united communities.
